Positive: The house is newly renovated and beautifully decorated, with a unique and stylish interior. The pool was a great feature, and everything was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Negative: The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, so having a car is recommended. What disappointed us was the lack of information and personal contact upon arrival. No one took the time to show us around or explain the facilities, which left us feeling uncertain about what areas were for guests and what belonged to the owners. At times, it felt as though we were staying in the middle of a family gathering rather than at a guest property. We also expected some form of hospitality service, such as the option to purchase breakfast, but this was not offered. The overall atmosphere felt a little unusual because we rarely saw any staff during our stay. Additionally, the name "Castle Transylvania" gave us the impression that the property might be a historic or castle-like building. In reality, it is a residential house located in a pleasant neighbourhood.
